Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight of a product and destination. To calculate shipping add the product to your shopping cart and input your address.

Driftwood Days ships to addresses in Hong Kong and the Rest of The World. We reserve the right to cancel your order if shipping is not available to your selected destination.

Shipping Methods & Times

We use Hong Kong Post and SF Express to ship items.

Shipping Times:

  • Hong Kong – 3-5 Days
  • Internationally – 2-3 weeks

About our Packaging

At Driftwood days we do everything we can to ship your order in the most environmentally responsible way possible while ensuring your items arrive safely. Your package may contain some combination of the following. As a leader in the environmental industry, we believe they are positive solutions to the challenge of eco-conscious shipping.

Reused boxes – 100% reclaimed, 100% recyclable
Rather than using a new box for every shipment, we reuse as many boxes as we can to help lessen the impact of waste in our landfills. Please recycle our  boxes, too!

Reused Styrofoam
If you receive styrofoam this is styrofoam we’ve received from our supplier and rather than throw it out, we’ve reused them for your package. We hope you will also recycle them too

Newsprint – recycled content varies, 100% recyclable
Newsprint can be recycled with your regular newspapers.

Bubble wrap
Bubble wrap, which is being phased out, and padded envelopes are used as little as possible. However, sometimes we may need to use these to ensure your shipment arrives safely.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Customers are responsible for all taxes and customs duties relating to their orders.

Returns – General

Returns are accepted on unused items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned, unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. Shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns – Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event an item arrives and is damaged or faulty, please email us with details of the damaged or faulty item and we will we advise you on how to return the item and apply for a refund or replacement item.
